​Short summary: A film about real and imaginary values in the light genre of a parody comedy begins on New Year's Eve with the preparation for the anniversary of a local deputy. A few days later, amid the celebration, a representative of the prosecutor's office comes to the hero of the day and hands him a summons. Together with neighbors and relatives who felt that the affairs of the local king are now weak, the dishonest regional official finds himself in a whirlpool of events. And his beautiful wife, for fear of losing her luxurious life, adds to the heat of absurd situations.
