Plot: A scout arrives on planet Earth from the planet Alpha Centauri
(this is a constellation where the pioneer cosmonauts from the cult feature "Moscow - Cassiopeia" flew, our hint at the succession of a successful domestic duology in the sci-fi genre). His mission - to find out why Earthlings prefer to show aliens most often as evil merciless creatures. Having landed in Moscow during the summer of 2010, having penetrated the archives of the RGALI (aka an alien, can do everything), the scout begins to look for the answer to his question among the history of our planet and Russia. He manages to fall in love with this country and names himself (instead of his code designation) after the old Russian name, which seemed cool to him - Gostomyisl. But, unable to withstand the smog that covered Moscow, having sniffed this smog during a secret enrichment with knowledge, he's transponded above the level of smog clouds, and then, not yet restoring coordination, he accidentally flies into the window of an apartment in a high-rise building where our other main character lives - high school student Ribosov.
